A few Memorial Day Photos - more to comeI have a few of the photos I took this weekend while at Jet's Family gathering. Most are of his sisters while we were hiding from the family softball game (apparently they are so hard core about the game that you have to hide... if they find you they will actually drag you onto the field).

Painting Jet (unfinished)I started a painting from a photo I did of Jet. I am painting it digitally in Photoshop and have found I really enjoy it, learning the techniques I have found online. It takes quite a long time but it's relaxing to me, not unlike drawing and painting for me in real life. I think I have found my favotite hobby (other then photography which will never be replaced).

Old Stuff - Crazy!I used to be really into pixel doll design.. where i would create these online fashionable girls pixel by pixel... very time consuming and tedious but I ended up really liking it. It's actually what got me into thinking about graphic design/illustration. I found my old website and I am going to share my creations here (I am so excited... aren't you?) hehe
This is the first Base or Nakie I did (basically the base of the doll for people to design the clothes onto) all done dot by dot (pixel by pixel)
and some of my dolls:
i used to use them all on a program called "Palace" which is a virtual chat room. My "codename" on there was Miya... so that's why the banner is signed Miya

wow, that was such a blast from the past... i haven't made a doll like that in years!
Slow day at work so decided to work on a tutorial taking a normal headshot and making it look like a Manga. I don't know how "Manga" it may look, but I do like how it came out. Here it is in all it's glory. ;p

Peeper is my museOk so I had to actually work today since the other room needed me... all day up until 1/2 hour ago. I got to scan 3 more pics I took of Jet's cat Peeper. 3 of my favorite pics of my little muse. The rest shall come in a week or so since next week is another busy week.
